Samuels Dental Arts for Dummies

This is the annoyance that my wife Wendy has had to survive because of a meeting that she received in Samuels Dental Arts in Gettysburg, Pa.. She began experiencing pain after the meeting, and went back to Dr. Berger At Samuels Dental Arts many times, but had been told that"It requires to settle", or"The pain will go away as soon as the tooth above it receives pulled". But it did not.

When Wendy told Dr. Berger that the filling was causing her pain, she had been snippily told,"I stand by my work, there's not anything wrong with the filling". Dr. Berger wouldn't even take a follow up to check her job.

The pain finally advanced to excruciating and constant and we went to another dentist.

Last night Wendy underwent a root canal to eliminate the filling and repair the damage.

We contacted Samuels Dental Arts and requested them to reimburse us for the money we spent correcting their error. They flat out refused.

I've never aired out my grievances on Facebook earlier, but watching my spouse have to bear the pain she went because a dentist would not require a simple x-ray to check her job warrants my anger.

What type of dentist would rather see a patient undergo excruciating pain, than admit they may have made a mistake and correct it?

I submitted this movie to the Samuels Dental Arts Facebook webpage, so the can view Wendy's pain.

Wendy has been trying for the past week to get her documents sent to her to Samuels Dental Arts contribute to her new dentist. She calls daily to see if they've been sent only to be informed from the Office Manager, Paula, that she wants to confer with Dr. Samuels about it.

Wendy was told a few times yesterday by Paula, that"by legislation, they have 2 weeks to send out them".

So when you've got a patient that has been in pain for 8 months, and is currenty at excrutiaing pain and is trying to find some relief from it, your office is only likely to do the minimum quantity for her that's required by law? Incredible!
